We are proud to offer free shipping!

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and peak sale seasons.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed within 3–10 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed to ensure maximum safety.

Below are the estimated delivery times by region:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–16 business days
  • Central America: 10–25 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
  • Other countries: 11–30 business days

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer than usual. In such cases, shipping may take up to 40 business days.
