CLOE VIVALDI RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not offer free returns; charges will apply.

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

1 The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

2 The product must show normal use; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

3 Products requiring hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

4 The product must have been defective upon receipt.

5 We reserve the right to charge shipping costs.

6 Returns are processed within 7 business days if conditions are met.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps:

1 Send an email to: ecomcpd05@gmail.com

2 Include: Order number, reason for return, product photo (if damaged), full name, and address.

We will provide the correct return address. Do not send returns to the original sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving it.

Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not possible once shipped.

Shipments in Transit

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please return it after receiving.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Important Notice

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
